Under his leadership, the company has expanded its service offerings to include drilling services and operations, service and intervention, rentals, maintenance and fabrication, project management, safety, and human resources.

Mr Hillary Aliganyira possesses a diverse range of professional expertise across multiple fields within the oil and gas industry. With regards to wireline operations, Mr Aliganyira is proficient in performing assembly, maintenance, and loading of tools and equipment required for wireline operations, adhering to standard operating procedures. He has also demonstrated leadership skills by supervising operator crews in the preparation of wireline units and ensuring the calibration and checking of tools and equipment.

Furthermore, Mr Aliganyira excels in producing post-job evaluation reports for clients, showcasing his ability to analyze and communicate data effectively. He is adept at planning and preparing for well site operations, conducting pre-job meetings with rig site crews, and carrying out well site Hazard Risk Assessments to ensure safety and efficiency.

In the realm ofwireline well site operations, his expertise extends to various areas, including radiation, ballistics, pressure control, and real-time interpretation of well site data using cutting-edge technology. His knowledge encompasses both Cased Hole (CH) and Open Hole (OH) operations, such as casing and completion inspection, perforating, pipe recovery, formation evaluation, monitoring, and pipe-conveyed logging.

With a strong focus on safety, Mr Aliganyira has worked closely with Field Engineers to supervise rig site crews and ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures. He actively promotes HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) awareness among rig crew members. Additionally, he has been responsible for the safe execution, management, and administration of logging operations at customers' well sites, working collaboratively with customer representatives and drill crews to coordinate operations and provide valuable expertise in interpreting logging data and making informed decisions.

Mr Aliganyira hasalso assumed various responsibilities in the areas of fueling, depot supervision, safety, flight planning, manpower planning, stock reconciliation, maintenance, hydrant installation, filtration techniques, fire drills, and tank dipping. His broad skill set allows him to contribute effectively to multiple aspects of operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning in these areas.

As a lecturer, Mr Aliganyira would have shared his knowledge and experience in modules such as horizontal drilling technology, rig components and personnel, advanced well control, BOP inspection, drilling fluids, directional drilling, air hoist operation, basic well control, introductory well control, basic drilling technology, and high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP) gas wells. He would have effectively imparted this knowledge to students, preparing them for successful careers in the industry.

Furthermore, Mr Aliganyira 's expertise extends to inspection, evaluation, and compliance in areas such as piping, boilers, gas mains, safety devices, construction quality, and adherence to legal requirements. He conducts inspections, tests, and investigations, prepares reports, and collaborates with engineers, manufacturers, contractors, and authorities to address construction, operation, and repair-related issues.

In terms of project management, Mr Aliganyira 's responsibilities have included well pad repair, supervising contracted staff, ensuring compliance with specifications, overseeing construction work, managing construction projects, maintaining health and safety standards, and providing technical advice and problem-solving support on-site.

Additionally, Hepossesses a strong background in reservoir engineering, utilizing software such as Petrel and Eclipse for reservoir modeling and numerical simulations. He is experienced in updating reservoir models, providing technical review and engineering support for drilling and completions, participating in well planning, evaluating proposals, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to field development plans and reservoir reports.

Lastly, Mr Aliganyira has demonstrated his ability to monitor and manage drilling operations, ensure compliance with regulations, collaborate with drilling engineers and geologists, design casing strings and completions, and successfully drill directional wells to measured depth.
